Founded in 2008, Pica Seven Group has spent nearly two decades serving Chicago's small business community. In 2026, the agency converted to a Single-Member LLC under Creative Director Jose Luis Delgado, sharpening its focus on the trades and local service providers who keep this city running.
Our Mission

With over 20 years of hands-on creative expertise and regional commercial print press experience, Founder & Creative Director Jose Luis Delgado brings a rare combination of high-end design precision and practical shop-floor grit. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts from Robert Morris University, Jose was raised in a trades household on Chicago's Northwest Side. He established Pica Seven Group specifically to give local service providers, contractors, and growing business owners the same elite corporate branding power that bigger firms use, backed by real face-to-face accountability.
